- Files you upload — temporarily processed for conversion, then deleted (server-side conversions only)
- Usage data — pages visited, conversions performed, for improving our service
- Payment information — processed securely by Stripe; we do not store card details
How We Use Your Information
- Convert your files between formats
- Manage your account and usage limits
- Send transactional emails (magic links, receipts)
- Improve our service
File Processing
Client-side conversions (image, data, spreadsheet, document, font):
- Processed entirely in your browser
- Files never leave your device
- We have no access to your files
Server-side conversions (video, audio, ebook, archive):
- Files are uploaded over an encrypted connection (HTTPS)
- Processed on our servers using FFmpeg, LibreOffice, Calibre, or 7-Zip
- Automatically deleted immediately after conversion completes
- Not stored, logged, or used for any other purpose
