How faithful is the translated layout?

Word, PowerPoint and Excel files keep their exact formatting — we translate the text inside your document rather than rebuilding it. PDFs are rebuilt through an editable intermediate, so they come back very close but not always pixel-perfect. The free preview shows you the honest result first.

Why not just use ChatGPT?

ChatGPT reads your file but hands back chat text — no layout, no working spreadsheet, no compressed file. This returns the actual changed file. If chat text is all you need, ChatGPT is genuinely fine.

What if the result is wrong?

Don't pay — the preview costs nothing. If you paid and the file is broken or the extraction is wrong, reply to the receipt and you get a refund. If we can't find tables or can't reach your target size, the job tells you so and there is nothing to pay.

What happens to my files?

They're processed on our own servers and used for nothing else. Your original and the free preview are deleted within 24 hours. A file you bought stays downloadable for 7 days, then it's deleted too. Nothing is used for training anything.
